Week 6:

You guys did a great job creating conversations last week. The point of last weeks post was to get you all used to writing something interesting and new. Though we had a few posts that were about the same topic, for the most part each post and response was different. If on Brock's post everyone had said their favorite pick-up lines was the one that he gave as a suggestion about putting "u" and "i" next to eachother in the alphabet the post would have been boring. Instead the responses each were different so it was interesting to read. I want you all to think about that and keep that in mind as we continue throughout the semester - especially when it comes time to start working on the research project! Whatever you write you want to think of the conversation - what has been said, what hasn't been said, what do you want to say, and what makes what you're saying important? We'll continue talk about this as the semester goes on but keep all of this in mind.

For this next week I am going to continue to give you all freedom of the blog - write about what you want. You all are doing a great job at keeping things going without a topic so we'll try another week! Don't forget, you have to post before noon on Sunday to get credit and you have to respond to other posts as well!
